Nationwide Housing has finally placed a ban on FAKE service dog like Emotional Support Animal Pets, aka ESA Pets, and will no longer accept or will accommodate ESA Pets!

 This comes after so many of these FAKE service dogs have attacked and mauled people and children, and in some cases, small children were mauled to death by ESAs. There have been REAL service dogs attacked and even killed by ESAs as well, and REAL service dogs are federally protected disability medical equipment for disabled people with actual disability, and these disabled people rely on service dog medical equipment to do things for them, keep them safe, keep them alive, and live an independent life as a disabled person.  The disabled people that rely on REAL service dog disability medical equipment like myself DO NOT NEED ARE DISABLITY MEDICAL EQUIPMENT ATTACKED AND EVEN KILLED BY THESE FAKE SERVICE DOGS CALLED EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL PETS! Quite a few states, like my state, have passed a law and placed into law CLASSIFYING THE ESAs AS A PET, AND THE OWNERS OF ESAs ARE TO FOLLOW ALL PET LAWS THAT ARE IN PLACE FOR PETS, AND THEY CANNOT TAKE OR HAVE THEIR ESAs WHERE SERVICE DOGS ARE ALLOWED!

I love to cook and eat healthy, don't get me wrong, I still like something sweet now and then. Here's is a couple of things I've cooked/made.

Life just works in mysterious ways! Service Dogs to Animal Law Enforcement, with or without Prejudice being cast onto me!

 

This might surprise you: I do not take my medical alert service dog(she is a service dog in training at this time) to current places. This is because I would not risk her safety in what I need to do at that moment, and what I’m doing could place her in danger. Like when I need to go over to Louisville Metro Animal Services to update or renew the city licenses on my dogs or my cats, or if my cats snuck out of the house and took off, the first place I look is at Louisville Metro Animal Services. I won't take my service dog into any animal shelter, for that matter, and she’ll stay at home. 

I used to work for an animal shelter in animal law enforcement and welfare, and I left my medical alert service dog at home at that time (that dog passed away in 2015 from cancer). The Animal Care and Control Agency I worked for didn't know I had disabilities because I kept my disabilities undisclosed to the agency. My medical alert service dog wasn’t with me at work, and she was also kept undisclosed because I live in a state where disability discrimination ran rabid. Employers have gotten away with it, and to this day, they still do in that state. After 5 and a half years and everything I did, I decided to disclose my disabilities and that I had a medical alert service dog to them and the captain, and requested to have my dog with me in the ACO/Huame Officer room and in my truck. It wasn't much different than my co-coworker that was an ACO II, that brining her Morkie to work that she carried around the shelter under her arm. The little dog would loose it shit when it saw other dogs, she took it with her on calls, and she called/claimed it was her emotional support animal(ESA) Well guess what….. everything I ever did didn't mean shit to them and I was let go. No, reason or being told why….I got canned by the captain, who just told me that my job wasn't the right fit for me anymore! I felt everything I ever did at the agency was forgotten, and I was abandoned and tossed out by my own agency. My dream job as an ACO/Humane Officer was just thrown back in my face after the captain ripped out my heart, threw it on the ground, and stomped the living FK out of it, and threw it back in my face! It really truly shaddered my heart into millions of pieces😢. It has been years since this has happened, and I faced discrimination everywhere I applied for a job, forced to go on disability, which I never wanted to do, and family members started treating me like scum of the earth. This wildfire took everything I owned including my beloved Super Strat Electric Guitar & Keyboard, all the BS from the insurance company I had, I did a random finger point on a map on the United States of America and moved across country from everything and everyone I knew to have a fresh start. Through my parents and aunt and uncle, I’m close to getting sick and tired of jerks in the family, and they moved out here to Kentucky as well, but they live on the other side of Kentucky in a so what rual area. I do one day want to buy a small little farm(you know, like what little Timmy and Lassie lived in) and a couple of acres of fenced land(this is keeping my Dobermans in mind, this little farm and land would mainly be for them as well as me because I would like to get other farm animals) and be back in my field of passion of animal control/humane law enforcement. 

I’ve been thinking of getting back into the field of animal law enforcement. I do miss it a lot! Maybe I should because I do miss it and it's one my passions! I’m going start volunteering at a animal shelter with a animal control/humane law enforcement to prove I’m more then capable and work my way back up to animal control/animal law enforcement….like I said prove I can still do the job regardless of the matter how my lifestyle and my walk of life is now! Sadly, I’ve already been turned down 4 times by Louisville Metro Animal Services volunteer coordinatoratnater basically telling being a volunteer won't be a fit for me. I’ve told them I used be a ACO and cruelty investigator but they did not care and give me the prejudice without a second thought😢

I’m not giving up on it, I do not give up to easy. I contacted a another animal shelter with a animal law enforcement department and if this one prejudice me as well……..there are plenty of more out there to try and I’m sure there is one will not discrimat prejudice me out there.…even if it’s animal shelter with a animal law enforcement division that's 3+ hours away from me🥰❤️👍

Especially aggressive dogs need to be leashed at all times! 

Aggressive dogs will attack service or guide dog, and these dogs are DISABILITY MEDICAL EQUIPMENT FOR THE DISABLED. The disabled have service and guide dogs to help them, mitigate their disabilities, while allowing the disabled person to be independent. If the disabled person loses their service or guide dog, they LOSE not just their DISABILITY MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, THEY WILL LOSE THEIR INDEPENDENCE! 

Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service and guide dog are federally protected. Because of this the owners off aggressive dogs and off leash dogs that attack or even try to attack a service or guide dog should get a stiffer penalty and if the said dog injures or kills or even causes a service or guide dog stop working for its disables owner the attacking dog needs be charged with medical equipment managed and to pay for the full price of a service or guide dog that is priced anywhere between $80,000.00 -$200,000.00 depandi g of the type of service dog or what some guide dog programs will charge) The disabled person that rely on the service or guide dog has the right to press charges and should be allowed to sue the owner of the aggressive dog for less then then 1million dollars because service and guide dog dogs are much-needed medical equipment for the disabled, and the owner of the aggressive dogissve dog should also serve 2 or more years in jail for damage to dog to the sbe ervice or guide dog. Aggressive dogs are not a danger to service or guide dogs dogs but pose a danger to the disabled people who rely on ,service dogs and guide dogs, putting them in danger, and this could be a fatal danger to them the disabled person!

I blame the owner! Dog attack at Louisville Apartments!

 

This happened right here in Louisville at some apartments, which look like low-income family HUD apartments, and this could have been a CHILD being mauled to death!

SO WHY IS SUCH A DANGEROUS, AGGRESSIVE DOG LIVING AT THESE APARTMENTS IN THE FIRST PLACE? I BET THE DOG’S OWNER SAID IT WAS AN EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMAL(ESA)! ESAs are NOT SERVICE ANIMALS that assist the disabled; they are glorified pets, and sadly, HUD brought this shit onto themselves 20 years ago by being tricked. I think ESAs were some service animals, and they open their doors to this nightmare fuel, real-life CUJO known as ESAs.

Then these owners also will take these aggressive, dangerous ESAs to public places like grocery stores, where people like REAL service dogs and children are attacked by these aggressive and dangerous ESAs.

If this were a little child walking next to their parent, the child would be killed by this dog! So if this dog is labeled as an ESA at these apartments. I got to ask how many more ESAs, aka FAKE service dog attacks, will take and bodies, which will also be mauled, child bodies to pile up, before something is done and these FAKE service dogs known as ESAs? 

I’m all about having people with ESAs pay a yearly 1 million or more in ESA Liability Insurance on their ESAs, and for every ESA they own, so if the owner has 3 ESAs, the owner needs to pay $ 3 million every year in ESA Liability Insurance. Also on top of that ALL ESAs are to be mandated to be have a neon orange tattoo line or large dot placed on top of the noses to make it viable to everyone and businesses establishments are to prove the animals from the business that do not allow pets all ESAs are to be reported to their local animal control department where animal control will take photo of each ESA, have a yearly copy of the ESA Liablity Insurance and failed to report your ESA to animal control you can be cited $1,500. The ESA owners also have to sign a form stating that they will not take their ESAs into places where their pet is not allowed or welcome. Other things could be added to this, and if our local animal control, which is Louisville Metro Animal Control, does not want to do something like this. I can do it for them from home for FREE, and I’m some that is disabled and used a service dog, and I know the laws regarding service dogs and know the service dog laws, and the Americans with Disabilities Act does not recognize or protect ESAs. 

In the end, I blame the owner of the Pit Bull who did not properly socialize their Pit Bull! This would have never happened if the Pit Bull had been properly socialized.

What can I say! I do not blame them… aggressive ESAs are attacking disabled people who use legit task-trained service dogs, and ESAs are also attacking children! ESAs, which are emotional support animals, are bullshit that was originally started by Hollywood celebrities like Paris Hilton, Britney Spears, and Kim Kendashin and others, whining, crybaby, bitch of a celebrity needing a cuddling and kiss their tears away puppy when being a darling celebrity gets stressful, and they need a 4-legged fanny pats!~ rolls my fucking eyes at that fucking shit~ 

Let's not forget when that ESA owner slapped a vest on his ESA and flashed fake service papers he baught on line from a fake online registery, claimed his ESA was a service dog, and when in flight, his ESA bit off the junk of a 10-year-old male child. The plane had to make an emergency landing so that waiting EMTs could rush the child to a children's hospital for emergency surgery and save the child’s life because the child was bleeding uncontrollably in his crotch!

The ever-so-popular 1980’s girl toy and fad of “POOCHIE”

I’ve not given this hot pink and white bitch(she is a female dog🤪) thought in many years, until early this morning, I was surfing through YouTube and saw that someone uploaded that old Poochie cartoon special that my sister and I once recorded onto VHS from the TV, and watched it like crazy! We sure wore out that VHS, and no more watching Poochie whenever we wanted! The Poochie special was about the only girlie girl show I was into as a little girl, other than JEM and SHE-RA! 

 I remember my sister and I had all this Poochie crap(toys, etc.) as kids. Poochie was highly marketed with a shit load merch as kids. Mostly, my sister had all the Poochie shit; I did have a couple of Poochie things. I was more into my Tonka toy trucks, Hot Wheels, He-Man, etc., not really into Poochie!🤪

But, I still think Poochie is cute, and I've been wondering what breed of dog Poochie is! Is Poochie a Cocker Spaniel or a Toy Poodle? I personally think Poochie is a Poodle x Cocker mix.

I should post about what I did to my sister’s Poochie paw stamper in 1984, which involves a road trip, an open vehical window, an interstate, daddy’s belt coming off, one ass-whooping later, and I could not sit for a FK’ing week!🤪

I can not let what that service dog faker and what he said get to me, but it did over the weekend! I can not stand a disability faker who slapped a vest on a pet or ESA I. The Fk’ing first place!

Yeah, what this asshole said to me got to me really has me in twist. What he said to me made me realize I’ve been downplaying and ignoring the fact that I’ve been single and not even been with a man and even close in a intimate way with a man! That's because I have a lot of respect for myself and respect for my body.  I never really felt lonely after my last boyfriend dumped me in February of 2019. For all your 411, I only had 3 boyfriends ever in my life!

Well, after moving to Louisville, I did laid eyes not long I did lay eyes on this man in question(late 2019-early 2000). I assume he is single, not married, and not gay, but he is definitely ruggaded(basically he keeps a unkept scruffy beard which looks quite attractive on him), and he’s just a respectful and very helpful man, so when I need his help the first time she. I put in a service request, his sweet respectful nature got me crushing on him and wanted make him mine. Sadly, I can never bring myself to tell him how I truly feel, and I kept this to myself all this time without issue until now, and I kept my mouth shut. Only if he knew………..

Well, I’ve have sent this over the past weekend and after what was said to me last week by that asshole fake service dog owner. I just don't know how such vulgar insults got to me and got me thinking about the current man I like…….

Sents this weekend, I had this strong painful feeling in my chest and my heart that feels heavy and aching with pain, and feeling the way I do now. This is hard to explain and I need figure it out for myself on my own I guess and part of me wish he was here to help me figure it out as well. Also, when I think about this current particular guy I like, it only gets whole lot worse……….

You see I have cardiovascular issues due to the fact that I inherited it from my mother and her side of the family(that family is riddle with heart by-passes and heart attacks). This does cause me to have a cardiovascular issues! But, I should be fine, and it's not going to kill me……..Well, I didn't think it would. Plus, I've been told not to drink Red Bull with my cardiovascular issues, and guess what…..I have been drinking Red Bull for years, and I’m not dead yet! Still, this weight on my chest with the pain when I get when thinking about this guy does cause me pain and this pain cause me to grab at and start rubbing my chest, and I start groaning in pain, and my heart beats in a strange way that causes me to feel like I got kicked by a horse right in the chest. To me, this is okay because it's about him and it's related to him, and because it's because of him why this is happening to me. 

I know this guy knows I can be an utter jerk at times, and I've done some jerky shit that he called me out on(He is the only one that can do that and call me out on my shit….I never get pissed at him and I accept the fact I was in the total wrong and I corrected what he called me out on!) and I have felt bad and guilty when he has called me out on it and I have apologized for it and he also seen my house and yard a mess once(when he never seen my house and yard a mess) which is embarrassing on my own part that I have apologized for my embarrassing mess that he had seen🤦‍♀️ 

So you all be asking why I have not said anything to him about how I feel? Well, you see, I’m very shy about my feelings towards him for several reasons I will not say publicly, one is I do not  want to accidentally give away his employment because I personally do not like who he works with and didn't want it getting back to his place of employment that I have thing for him, and especially if I have to conduct business at his workplace…..Well, I also have a tendency to always get into it with this one employee he works with who will make it in their power to just piss me off because this person thinks I'm basically an utter c🫢🫢t and I personally would like to see her get canned for her shity customer service. I most definitely never want this brod or anyone at his his work to ever know about my feeling towards him! Anyhow, I’m not the only one she is a snotty bitch too…I’ve seen her go after other customers! I like to think this employee has a special kind of hate for me! I once heard her in the background tell the person I was speaking to about a complaint on the phone when I was making a complaint, say my name, and tell the person I was talking to hang up on me and she make a not-so-nice remark about me. I was not happy, and I assumed she didn't think I heard it!  I never did file a complaint on her and didn't bring attention to it because I don't think this employee would ever get addressed or in trouble for it, because she never has been before repermended or whatever and she is still there, for her nastiness towards customers. Plus, part of me does not want to cause any issues at the guy I like place of employment because he helps me with stuff and he’s also the only one to have privileged knowledge about me when asks current things.

I tend to be a private person, and I don't like sharing my feelings because you can't trust anyone these days, but this guy is privileged and my trust to know these things about me when no one else is allowed to have this privilege! When people do ask me about something that is private to me, I tell them, “It's not open for discussion!” But when he asks basically the same thing, I’m such a open book with him and explain it all to him. I’ve been honest with him when we speak, well, not about my feelings towards him, and I keep that hidden from him. I’ve made jokes that came off as a joke that he laughed at it. I was flirting with him, but made it seem like a joke. Basically flirting but I was  downplaying it to make it look like a harmless joke and I was being a funny doofus about it but in reality I was flirting with him!

So yeah here I’m talking this on here but hey no knows who I’m talking about and the guy I like would never see this anyways and well I just need to talk about it without annoying someone with it when they probably don't not want hear about how some asshole faking a service dog was vulgar towards me on last week and it made me feel like shit he said bothered me over this past weekend and no one knows who this guy I like is I’m talking about and nor will they ever will figure out who he is anyways. So this post was to help me talk about it and relieve my emotional pressure deep within my aching heart and soul.

Enforcing Kentucky H.B. 335

 

Kentucky House Bills, primarily H.B. 335 (enacted into law) and prior legislation like H.B. 411 and H.B. 329, strictly define assistance animals. These laws clarify the legal differences between task-trained service dogs and emotional support animals (ESAs), specifically outlining their rights and access in public accommodations. 

Understanding how Kentucky law regulates these animals comes down to three major distinctions:

• Public Access Rights: "Assistance dogs" (which are individually trained to perform specific disability-related tasks under the ADA) are granted public accommodation rights and can legally accompany their handlers in restaurants, stores, and hotels. 
• Emotional Support Animal Restrictions: Kentucky law explicitly states that ESAs do not have public access rights. Businesses are not required to admit ESAs in public areas where pets are typically banned. 
• Misrepresentation Penalties: State law makes it unlawful to misrepresent a dog as a service dog or assistance dog to obtain public accommodations, and establishes penalties for doing so. 
• Housing and Documentation: Under housing laws, landlords must provide reasonable accommodations for ESAs. However, H.B. 411 and H.B. 335 clamped down on illegitimate ESA letters by strictly defining the required "therapeutic relationship". Providers granting documentation must have an ongoing, good-faith, face-to-face therapeutic relationship with the individual. 

NO! YOU CANNOT WEAPONIZE YOUR SERVICE DOG! Service Dogs CANNOT BE trained in bite work/bite sports like GPI & etc!

     

The Americans with Disabilities Federal Law state service dogs and guide  dogs cannot be trained in any form VIOLENT training WHICH IS A PUBLIC Liability and that INCLUDES  BITE protection that is bit training related to IGP, PPD, Personal Protection Bit Protection, Bite Work, Bite Sports,  and Service Dogs CANNOT BE in Bite Clubs or attend or entered in BITE sport trials or do any form of violence which the dog to do bites on a person or in form of violent bite work or bite trials or hold a biting title. Because dogs of such nature is a public safety liability. If any Service Dog is trained in a form of bite violence, it legally looses its status as a service dog and it will no longer be viewed as a legal service dog and it will lose ALL Americans with Disabilities Federal Law Protection as losing all public access rights  and privileges because it’s public liability because the dog has been weaponized and trained to attack and bite people.

      So if you use or continue to use a bite-trained dog and slap a service dog vest and patches which is known as service dog gear on your bite-trained dog you are caught in public with the bite-trained dog. You will be charged with the crime of FAKING a service dog as well as public endangerment and wanton endangerment(a first-degree felony) a bite-trained dog will cause serious physical injury or even death to another person or a child.

      So if your bite-trained service dog paws at a child and just accidentally scratches the child with its nail and the child has a mark  from the dog or bleeds from the dog’s nail. The parents freak out and call animal control, animal control legally have the legal rights to take your service dog and quarantine your dog and while in quarantine animal control will investigate your dog making inquiries about your service dog and if animal control finds out your service dog is trained is a bite dog. Animal control will then have a legal right to seize and euthanize your service dog because it technically by animal control’s your bite trained service dog DID attacked a CHILD! The parents of the child will have the legal rights to sue you.

Wanton Endangerment in the First Degree:

• Occurs when a person, under circumstances showing extreme indifference to human life, wantonly engages in conduct that creates a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another.

     Bite train dogs can not tell the difference between a person in a bite suit jacket or a person or a child wearing a winter puffy jacket(due to color blindness) or even a child that is running towards/straight them screeching as a threat and will see the child as a threat and will attack the child. A bit-trained dog is always on bite protection guard and ready to spring into bite action if it thinks and believes their owner is under threat. This is why the Americans with Disabilities Federal Law and Federal Laws in general have the rule of the law starting service dog, CANNOT BE TRAINED IN VIOLENCE OR HAVE ANY FORM OF VIOLENCE TRAINING! So, if you train your service dog in any form of bite your dog is automatically DISQUALIFIED as a service dog and can never be worked as a service dog.

 Let's not forget that dog that which was a Belgium Malinois that owner was claimed to be a service dog but, was later confirmed was not a service dog but, was an Emotional Support Animal(ESA) Pet with FAKE service papers that was a bite trained protection dog that was trained in IGP bite sports and the dog and owner also belonged to bite sports club. This dog viewed that 10-year-old boy child who tried to walk past it on a flight and the dog saw that child as a threat and attacked and bit and tore up the child’s genitals the pilot had to make a fast emergency landing because the child was losing blood in waiting for the ambulance to rush the child off to an ER and the child had to have Emgeracy Surgery to save his life. It has been legally confirmed that the dog’s owner lied about the child stepping on his dog’s paw. Passengers that had sat across from or given seeing the dog easily conformed the dog growled at them when they walked passed it when got up to use the bathroom themselves, it’s paws where never sticking out in the aisle for anyone to step on, the dog never yipped in pain like someone stepped on it and passenger that where sitting given the dog conformed the dog out of nowhere lunged straight at and attacked the child!

     Keep in mind dogs do not think like a human, see colors or can’t make human reason with making a human conscious discussion to tell the differences from a man in bites suit or bite jacket or a child or person just wearing a winter parka and a child in a winter coat parka or winter suit is seen by a bite trained dog as bite work opportunity. This is why the Americans with Disabilities Act does not allow it. The Americans with Disabilities do states minimum protection and that ONLY MEANS the dog in a  NON-VIOLENT WAY which IS NOT WITH ATTACKING OR BITTING, Minimum protection term in the Americans with Disabilities Laws means that the dog can body push people away or blocking a person from touching it’s disabled owner if the disabled owner is passed out and is unconscious and that is all

When a dog is trained to attack a person in a bite suit……..

The dog can’t tell the difference of person in winter clothing or 

A child……

These children look like mini bit sports work training people in their winter clothing which a training attack bite will see these little as mini attack bite sports trainers. Attack bite trained dogs cannot distinguish a child or person from a training session person at an attack dog  bite club when the child or anyone wearing winter clothing in or just a warm poof jacket. This s why The Americans with Disabilities Federal Law has made it illegal to train service dogs in a form of violence like bite attack training.

Also dogs are color blind to a certain degree which also cause the a dogs immobility to distinguish if current human  and child clothes from bite training clothing that bite attack trainers wear.

Ethically educating & working to preserve the Doberman Pinscher to the best of my ability which is correct to the Doberman breed standard, health, temperament, and longevity set by the Doberman Pinscher Club of America. I do not allow our dogs to be used or involved with unethical breeding practices or breeders.

     I started in AKC over 30 years ago in JR handling multiple Best Jr Handler awards as well as breeding & AKC titling dogs. I then started suffering from major health issues and took a medical break for nearly 15 years. After getting my proper diagnosis, & treatment and feeling better found myself back doing AKC events again. I’ve decided to get back into it with Dobermans and so here we are now!
